Standard Delivery

Standard Delivery is delivery to you within 3-5 working days of despatch date and is FREE ON ALL UK ORDERS OVER £100.

Orders will be sent via either EVRI where possible, an alternative courier such as DPD Local, Royal Mail, Parcelforce will be sourced if required with full tracking and will be provided to you after despatch. 

Express Delivery

Express Delivery is delivery to you within 1-2 working days after dispatch. For example, if you order on a Tuesday, you can expect delivery by Thursday. If you order on a Thursday, you can expect delivery by the following Monday. If you order on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, you can expect delivery by the following Tuesday. Orders will be sent via Royal Mail 24/48 hours with full tracking

Parcel Tracking

If your order status says 'Unfulfilled', this means your order has not yet been despatched from our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email from us when your order is sent to you.

As with our Standard Delivery, all parcels are delivered by Royal Mail, DPD Local, EVRI or Parcelforce.

Each and every order we send out is tracked which means you can rest assured knowing your order will be delivered securely to you.

Non-Delivered Items

If you give us an incorrect or incomplete address, or our courier returns your parcel to us because you don't collect it after they leave a card with you, we will unfortunately have to charge you to send the item out to you a second time.

This charge will vary according to the weight and value of your order.
